Preventative Cancer Testing
Onco-D-Clare® Multi-Cancer Screening Test

**Intended for patients who have NOT had a cancer diagnosis**
Onco-D-Clare® is an advanced test designed to help identify early cancer-related changes before symptoms may appear.
The test analyzes gene expression patterns within Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) — immune cells such as T-cells, B-cells, NK cells, and monocytes that help monitor the body for abnormal or cancerous activity. By evaluating the expression of more than 90 cancer-related genes and applying artificial intelligence (machine learning) algorithms, the test assesses whether the immune system is demonstrating a response pattern associated with cancer. Clinical validation studies reported by RGCC show an overall accuracy of approximately 93%.
Onco-D-Clare evaluates the body's immune response to potential cancer activity. This approach may allow detection of cancer-related signals at a very early stage, even before a tumor becomes visible on conventional imaging studies. The test is intended for individuals without a current cancer diagnosis who are seeking proactive cancer screening and risk assessment.
A positive result does not confirm a cancer diagnosis but suggests that further evaluation may be warranted. A negative result indicates that no significant cancer-associated immune response pattern was detected at the time of testing.
