At Holistic Healers, our process begins with an in depth consultation, available in person or via telehealth. We take the time to learn about your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and previous lab work or imaging. Additional lab testing is also included to help us gain a deeper understanding of your health.
Your case and lab results are then reviewed by both our Chinese Medicine Doctor and Medical Doctor, bringing together Eastern and Western approaches to create a well-rounded picture of your health.
From there, we create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for you. This includes a custom Chinese herbal formula, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and other supportive at-home therapies. You'll receive clear, detailed instructions on what to use, how much to take, and when to take it.
