Cancellation Policy

Cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or no showing your appointment, you will be charged a FEE EQUAL TO THE SERVICE MISSED. Without advance notice, appointments are considered cancelled and forfeited 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and the card on file will be charged.

 

One Year Policy

If you have not been in for Acupuncture in one year or more, another patient evaluation is required (+$40) 

 

We do NOT do any insurance billing (EXCEPT for the Natera Cancer Testing)
